The Union Home Ministry has extended the normal and e-visa period of all foreign nationals stranded in India on Friday till May 3 due to the lockdown. Also, no fee will be charged from anyone for this. The government has said that the visa period of foreign nationals will be extended only after receiving online applications from them.
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने लॉकडाउन के कारण भारत में फंसे सभी विदेशी नागरिकों के सामान्य और ई-वीजा की अवधि शुक्रवार को बढ़ा कर तीन मई तक कर दी है. साथ ही इसके लिए किसी से कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा. सरकार ने कहा है कि विदेशी नागरिकों की वीजा अवधि उनकी ओर से ऑनलाइन आवेदन मिलने के बाद ही बढ़ाई जाएगी
